Integrated Economizer
The integrated economiser developed and already patented by APF plays an important role in ensuring optimum efficiency of the filter system. It uses the waste heat from the exhaust gas of the biomass furnace after the filter and increases the temperature of the boiler return. In this way, it contributes to increasing the efficiency of heat supply systems.
The integrated economiser is available for both hot water systems and hot water systems and has already won international awards.
Integrated Economizer
The economiser and the associated heat extraction are integrated downstream of the filter tubes in order to keep the flue gas temperature in the filter as high as possible.
The concept is completed by an integrated bypass slide valve for the economiser and a water-side temperature increase complete with pumps and necessary accessories. The control and regulation of the economiser is integrated into the filter control. This eliminates interfaces and the associated problems.
Description
The economizer increases the return temperature of the boiler circuit by heating part of the water from the boiler circuit and feeding it back in, using the waste heat from the combustion exhaust gas.
The integrated economizer is positioned downstream of the electrostatic precipitator on the gas side in order to avoid low flue gas temperatures at the electrostatic precipitator. On the water side, the economizer is integrated into the boiler return.
